First Nations Engagement and Mentor Manager
Jess commenced her employment with GTNT Group in 2007 where she started working as a Field Officer for the Australian Apprenticeships NT for over 5 years in Central Australia. Prior to working for Australian Apprenticeships NT she worked within administration roles for two different Registered Training Organisations. Jess took on the role of Employment Specialists for the GTO, servicing the Alice Springs region and remote communities in the Southern Region.
Peter Ilic
Apprenticeships Mentor
Peter commenced his employment with GTNT Group in January 2022. He started as a Field Solutions Officer for the Australian Apprenticeship Support Network NT, and moved into the Apprenticeships Mentor role as part of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services contract in the Northern Territory. Peter oversees the liaison with Registered Training Organisation in relation to formal training programs for Australian Apprentices. He manages and monitors contractual obligations, the training agreements and contract responsibilities to ensure best practice is effectively applied and also monitors the progress of Australian Apprentices in Alice Springs and surrounding regions.
Mel Smith
Apprenticeships Mentor
Me commenced her employment with GTNT Group in June 2023 as a Field Solutions Officer and moved into the Apprenticeships Mentor role as part of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services contract in the Northern Territory.
